An Introduction to EFT to Relieve Stress & Release Anxiety

When anxiety feels overwhelming, what if you had a tool that was always with you – a portable, gentle way to settle your nervous system, feel calmer, and bring yourself back to the present moment?

Feeling anxious is a normal part of life, but it doesn’t have to feel isolating or overwhelming. Certified EFT Practitioner Stephenie Farrell recommends exploring Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT.

EFT, often called “Tapping,” is a wonderfully simple practice that can help promote deep relaxation and gently relieve the weight of stress and social anxiety. Over time, it helps quieten the noise and shift the way you perceive things, opening the door to kinder thoughts and beliefs.

Your Simple Tool for Self-Kindness

Stephenie’s approach is grounded in the idea that you deserve to feel calm and confident. This session is designed to make Tapping accessible and practical, offering you a self-care technique you can use whenever and wherever you need a moment of peace.

In this supportive self-study workshop, you will discover:

  • The gentle benefits of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for relieving stress and releasing anxiety.
  • How to use Tapping, including where the specific tapping points are located on your body.
  • A chance to work through a script with Stephenie, tapping along as she creates one with the group.
  • Importantly, how to use this technique very discretely in social situations when you are seeking a moment of grounded calm.

This session offers a lovely way to give yourself a gentle hug when your nervous system needs settling.
