Join our Online Meet Ups

Connect with likeminded quieteers from the comfort of your home, with two monthly groups hosted on Google Meet.

Our online spaces are designed to help you feel part of a kind and supportive community, wherever you are. You can join with your camera or microphone on or off, type in the chat, or simply sit quietly and listen - there’s no pressure to do anything more than feels right for you.

Whether you’re joining in conversation, taking part in a gentle activity, or just enjoying the company of others in a safe and understanding space, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

We can’t wait to welcome you.

What to Expect

Our online Meet Ups are gentle, welcoming spaces you can join from the comfort of your own home. Cameras and microphones are completely optional - you can choose to speak, listen quietly, or use the chat if that feels easier. However you show up, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

These are relaxed gatherings where there’s no pressure to perform or participate in any particular way. You’re free to connect with others, simply sit in the quiet company of the group, or take a short break whenever you need. It’s all about going at your own pace, in the way that feels safe and right for you.

Silent Art Club

Join us as we gather online for a peaceful, creative hour together. Silent Art Club is a gentle space to work quietly on your own project - from drawing to crochet to journaling - while enjoying the calm presence of others doing the same. There’s no pressure to share or talk; you can simply settle in, create at your own pace, and feel connected through the quiet company of fellow quieteers.

Online Co-Working

Join us for a fortnightly focused co-working session online. This is a supportive, structured space where we set gentle intentions, work quietly alongside each other, and then check in together at the end. Whether you’re tackling a work task, study, or a personal project, co-working helps you stay motivated while feeling part of a kind and encouraging community.

What Quieteers are Saying

“I love that I can join in my own way - sometimes I just listen, sometimes I share in the chat. It feels really safe knowing there’s no pressure to talk or have my camera on."

“Even though we’re all in different places, I feel genuinely connected. It’s comforting to know I can be part of a kind community from my own home, exactly as I am.”

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We know how uncomfortable that can feel so, whilst we will be on camera, you don’t have to be (though we do love to see you!).

No. You are welcome to talk as much or as little as you like. You can easily share your thoughts and experiences with us in the chat box too, if you'd prefer.

No, all of our Meet Ups are free to attend. We’re a Community Interest Company so funding comes from The National Lottery Community Fund.

We really do remove the pressure - because we’ve been there too. As quiet facilitators, we like to think that we’ve found a good balance between being attentive to the group and giving you your own space. If we sense you’re in any difficulty, we will gently make sure that you’re okay. But otherwise we will allow you to join in as much or as little as you like.

Whilst many do choose to attend regularly, we also have valuable members within the community who only attend as and when they can.
