"I, too, am a quieter person. As a highly sensitive introvert, I love and appreciate my quiet strengths now, but I spent much of my life not feeling good enough and experiencing social anxiety. I missed so many opportunities and connections because I was afraid of being judged harshly, criticised and rejected –and because I doubted that I had the ‘right’ personality to succeed. Now, I’m passionate about helping quiet people discover their unique qualities, gifts, passions and experiences and explore how best to use these to express themselves more authentically, connect more meaningfully and contribute to their world in a way that works with their quieter or more sensitive nature – and I’d love to connect with you at this Meet Up."

"After years of being told I was "too sensitive" and feeling ashamed of my quieter, more gentle nature, I have learned to love and embrace this part of who I am. Social settings and connecting with others hasn't always felt easy for me (and sometimes it stills feel a challenge), and after a lot of self-exploration to help ease those doubts and anxieties, I now know that connecting with the right people, such as yourself, is an uplifting, energising and comforting experience. Tehidy Woods (North Cliffs) Near Portreath

Getting here by car: Tehidy Woods North Cliffs is situated between Portreath and Gwithian on the B3301. If you go to Portreath you can take the B3301 towards Hayle and Gwithian. There are signs and arrows along the B3301 from the top of Portreath hill.

• Google Map: Follow Tehidy Country Park Education Field, Camborne, TR14 0TW – this will get you to the place and you’ll see Rogue Otherworld parking signs to follow before you arrive at the education field.
• Don’t follow signs to Tehidy Country Park –that’s a different entrance and a 10min drive from where you need to be.
• Don’t park at the Tehidy Country Park North Cliffs Car Park – you need to go approximately 500m further along the B3301 (with the sea on your right).
