Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sign up to your newsletter?
Absolutely! You can join us right here.
What services do you offer?
- We can provide coaching (in-person or online) and you can find out more about this here.
- We also run free Meet Ups in Cornwall every week -you can find and join a Meet Up near you here.
- In addition, we run an online programme for quiet confidence and wellbeing which opens for registration once a year. To be notified about new opportunities, please make sure you are signed up to our newsletter below.
How can I find out if coaching is a good fit for me?
You can find out more about coaching and see our coaches here. You can also book a free 30-min coaching session or informal chat (there’s no sales pitch - it’s 30mins all about you!)
Can I get free advice or coaching via email?

- Listen to our podcast
- Book a one-off free 30-min coaching session with one of our team here (no sales pitch, this is your time)

Can you run a workshop for my organisation?
Yes, we love to collaborate and have designed and delivered quiet confidence and wellbeing workshops for a number of organisations in the past. We’ll be excited to explore ideas with you. Scroll down to drop us a message or book a call with Stacie so that we can chat about the possibilities together.
As a professional, how can I refer someone to you for coaching?
Thank you for considering making a referral for coaching. To do this, please download our referral form here and return to the email address listed on the form. Please note that Quiet Connections doesn’t hold funding to cover coaching costs. However, we are a specialist partner on the Positive People programme.
As a professional, how can I refer someone to your Weekly Meet Ups?
You have two options. The easiest way is to signpost them to their local Meet Up page on our website here. This page gives them a lot of information about the group to help them decide if it’s right for them and put them at ease. From there, they can sign up using the form on that page, which automatically notifies the Meet Up leader about their intent to join so that they can reach out to them (usually by email) to say a hello and ask if they have any questions or want a chat for some reassurance.
Alternatively, you can contact Michele Cheesman, the Community Coordinator at michele@quietconnections.co.uk if you would like to discuss your referral directly. Michele primarily works Monday to Wednesday.
Can I interview one of your team for a podcast, news article, or radio show?
Yes, we would love to help and appreciate all opportunities to start conversations about all things quiet -thank you for thinking of us. We can talk about quiet temperaments (introversion, high sensitivity, social anxiety), coaching, meet ups and wellbeing as well as sharing our own personal stories. We can also share your media requests with our community members if appropriate.
Please scroll down to contact us using the form below and if you tell us a bit about what you’re hoping to cover we can match you with the best team member for your piece. Alternatively, you’re welcome to send a request directly to the team member you’re most interested in talking to.
Can you speak at my event?
We would be honoured. We appreciate your invitations to help raise awareness and start conversations and would love to talk with you about this. We have previously spoken at the Towards Zero Suicide Conference, Cornwall Faith & Mental Health Day, Cornwall Business Fair and University of Exeter Business School. When you get in touch, please tell us a little about what you’re looking for and we'll be happy to consider your request. Scroll down to contact us.
How can I share a compliment or complaint?
We appreciate your feedback. You’re welcome to scroll down to complete the form below, or you may email the team at hello@quietconnections.co.uk.
If you feel more comfortable knowing who will pick up your message, you may direct your email to either: Hayley hayley@quietconnections.co.uk, Stacie stacie@quietconnections.co.uk or Phil phil@quietconnections.co.uk.
I’m interested in volunteering. How can I get involved?
