Yes, we love to collaborate and have designed and delivered quiet confidence and wellbeing workshops for a number of organisations in the past. We’ll be excited to explore ideas with you. Scroll up to drop us a message or book a call with us so that we can chat about the possibilities together.

Thank you for considering making a referral for coaching. To do this, please download our referral form here and return to the email address listed on the form. Please note that Quiet Connections doesn’t hold funding to cover coaching costs. However, we are a specialist partner on the Positive People programme.

You have two options. The easiest way is to signpost them to their local Meet Up page on our website here. This page gives them a lot of information about the group to help them decide if it’s right for them and put them at ease. From there, they can sign up using the form on that page, which automatically notifies the Meet Up leader about their intent to join so that they can reach out to them (usually by email) to say a hello and ask if they have any questions or want a chat for some reassurance.

Yes, we would love to help and appreciate all opportunities to start conversations about all things quiet -thank you for thinking of us. We can talk about quiet temperaments (introversion, high sensitivity, social anxiety), coaching, meet ups and wellbeing as well as sharing our own personal stories. We can also share your media requests with our community members if appropriate.

Please scroll down to contact us using the form below and if you tell us a bit about what you’re hoping to cover we can match you with the best team member for your piece. Alternatively, you’re welcome to send a request directly to the team member you’re most interested in talking to.

We would be honoured. We appreciate your invitations to help raise awareness and start conversations and would love to talk with you about this. We have previously spoken at the Towards Zero Suicide Conference, Cornwall Faith & Mental Health Day, Cornwall Business Fair and University of Exeter Business School. When you get in touch, please tell us a little about what you’re looking for and we'll be happy to consider your request. Scroll up to contact us.
