Children’s Greetings Card Workshop
Join our free Children’s Greetings Card Workshop
Join us at a creative card making workshop for quiet children of any age at CREATE Contemporary Crafts Hub, Camborne on Friday 14th August from 1pm - 3pm.
There will be plenty of free materials available to create greetings cards to take home. Parents are welcome to join children, particularly if they are anxious to attend a new environment.
It’s a safe space for them to have a go at something creative and perhaps gently stretch their comfort zone with other quiet young people. There will be encouragement for them to follow their own ideas and to engage with a rewarding fun activity, at their own pace and as their authentic quiet selves.
We can’t wait to welcome you.

What’s the workshop going to be like?
The workshop is designed to be calm, welcoming and low-pressure, with limited numbers of up to 10 young people and 3 facilitators. Parents will be invited to join in with the creativity, to help the young people settle in.
There is no expectation to create or engage in any specific way. Quiet socialising is encouraged, but will not be expected.
Do you need to bring anything?
All crafting materials (cards, stickers, patterned paper etc) are provided, feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
