Sharing stories helps you to know you’re not alone or broken, reducing the barriers of shame and isolation, and providing the reassurance, hope and encouragement you need to open up. In becoming a part of our quiet community, you’ll feel a sense of belonging and develop a genuinely understanding peer support network, making true friends and supporting each other to take on new challenges and grow together.
Our coaching practises and workshops incorporate new discoveries in neuroscience to assist you with thinking in a balanced way. Understand the strategies that work for you and learn from those that don’t; address any ‘blockers’ holding you back; develop healthy ways to manage your emotions and responses; draw on your inner compassionate and creative wisdom to take quietly courageous action at a pace that’s comfortable for you, so you can be your best self and live a happier life.
3. Comfort zone stretching
Bringing like-minded people together, we’re creating a community of understanding and a safe place to learn, grow and practise using our social abilities. With support to try something creative, go somewhere new, or practise public speaking and conversations, it feels safe to have a go at the activities you have been avoiding or feeling fearful of until now, amongst friends who can truly empathise with how you feel and the challenges you’re experiencing right now, because they’ve all been in a very similar place too.
