Quiet Connections in Hayle

A quieter way to meet people around Hayle

Quiet Connections is for quieter people, including those of us who are introverted, shy, highly sensitive or experience social anxiety.

We get together for birdwatching, creative activities, outings and Meet Ups, with plenty of room for quiet as well as conversation.

Some of the ways we spend time together

Sometimes it’s easier to get to know people when there’s something to do together and conversation isn’t the whole focus. Alongside our regular Meet Ups, we get together in other ways too.

Creative gatherings

Make something alongside other people, with room to chat, concentrate quietly or move between the two.

Nature and birdwatching

Notice what’s around us, walk, watch and talk when conversation comes naturally.

Days out and new experiences

Explore somewhere new, try something different and enjoy the experience alongside other quieter people.

Come along when something appeals to you

You might enjoy a regular Meet Up, join us for something creative, come birdwatching or head out on an occasional visit. You can simply keep in touch and choose what feels right at the time.
