Are you full of self-doubt? Are you your own worst critic? Do you beat yourself up for your mistakes and say things to yourself that you’d never dream of saying to someone else?
If you’ve been feeling like you’re not good enough, you’ll quickly learn that you’re not alone in this workshop.
Find out how quietening your inner critic with self-compassion can actually help you to move forward more successfully in life. We’ll explore what self-compassion looks and feels like and why this is important in feeling confident and being courageous in life. You’ll learn how it’s easier to get through tough situations with a little self-compassion, and how filling your own reservoir of self-compassion actually means you can be kinder to other people. You’ll also take away new ways to be more compassionate towards yourself.
This is a small group for people who are feeling socially anxious, shy and not good enough.
Places are limited so please reserve your space now.
This workshop is pre-funded, however donations are always welcome to help support the work of Quiet Connections.
Who will I meet?
You’ll join a few people who are also hoping to grow their confidence and you’ll meet Hayley and Stacie from Quiet Connections.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Please contact either Hayley or Stacie for information:
Email Hayley at firstname.lastname@example.org
Email Stacie at email@example.com
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There are 4 disabled parking spaces which are clearly marked as you drive in. Parking at Krowji may be limited at times but there is plenty of free parking available nearby.
By Public Transport
Krowji is approximately a 1 mile/15 minute walk away from Redruth Railway Station and there are bus stops on both sides of the main road just outside the site.
