These are short courses, usually around 2hrs, focusing on a specific challenge that's common amongst people experiencing social anxiety and delivered online

Taking the 'Panic' Out of Your Panic Attacks

This course is currently run 3 times a month in the morning, afternoon & evening. Following payment of £20.00, you'll be sent a unique link to book yourself on the course at the best time for you.

Do you struggle to cope with panic attacks? Not sure how to calm yourself when you experience one? Are you avoiding certain situations out of fear that it will bring on a panic attack?

In this session, you will:

  • Get clear on what a panic attack is and why it's happening
  • Take the 'attack' out of a panic attack so that you no longer fear them
  • Learn practical tips to help you cope with a panic attack; calming  and soothing yourself before, in the moment and afterwards
  • Take away a breathing exercise for panic attacks

Quieting Your Inner Critic

This course is currently run 3 times a month in the morning, afternoon & evening. Following payment of £20.00, you'll be sent a unique link to book yourself on the course at the best time for you.

Do you beat yourself up when you get something wrong? Criticise yourself just for being you? Call yourself names if you drop something? Focus on all the things you don't like about yourself? Then this short course is for you.
  • Find out why your harsh inner critic is holding you back in life
  • Discover how taking a kinder approach towards yourself can actually help you to feel more calm, confident and motivated in life
  • Explore how you can start practising self-compassion in simple ways in your every day life to create the change you want for yourself

How to Love Yourself When You're Quieter

This course will run 3 times a month in the morning, afternoon & evening from 19th October. Following payment of £20.00, you'll be sent a unique link to book yourself on the course at the best time for you.
