Let’s imagine you’re coming to us because you want to be more confident.
Together, we’ll start exploring exactly what confidence is like for you, making your intention for a positive change very clear (because everyone has a different idea of ‘confidence’ and it’s important to know what your own personal confidence recipe is).
Then we’ll spend time looking at how you can get from where you are now, to where you want to be (to that feeling of confidence that’s specifically yours.
Using coaching tools*, you’ll be supported in letting go of old habits of thought and behaviour that are uncovered which no longer help you (and might even have stopped you in the past).
At your own pace, you’ll be stretching your comfort zone, taking supported steps to move forwards towards the future, more confident, You.*We'll be drawing on our experience and training:
